This recipe for a glazed holiday ham has that mustard tangy flavor that goes so well with ham. It is sweet and a tiny bit tangy. The glaze also makes a great dipping sauce.


Feel free to use either Sticky Sweet Brown Sugar sauce or Sweet & Tangy Marinade if you prefer a sauce that's sweeter and a bit thinner.

Holiday Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sauce Goddess Carolina Sweet Gold sauce

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 fully cooked ham

Directions

  1. Mix sauce together with orange juice and heat until warm.
  2. Heat ham until the internal temperature is 100 degrees.
  3. Take ham out of the oven and slice gently on the top creating a diamond pattern.
  4. Glaze ham every 15 minutes until the ham reaches 140°.
  5. Serve with remaining glaze.
